Footage has emerged on Social Media of an incident that happened in Durban this week.
The elderly woman who has not been named can be seen walking down a quiet street when thugs swarm around him and then take her to the ground. While the woman is struggling to her feet they continue to take her belongings and later exit the area.
The woman regains her balance, left startled by what just happened she seeks help from a near by vehicle.
At this stage it’s unknown what was taken from the lady but a case has been opened with the South African Police Service.
