A video has received thousands of views all over Social Media this week, it shows a woman shouting abuse towards house owners on a luxury PTA Estate.
At this stage, it’s unclear what sparked the anger towards the residents, however, according to MaroelaMedia, the matter has now been handed over to the Police.
In the video, the woman can be heard shouting “What are you doing on African soil? Go back to Europe… The World Health Organization says I can walk anywhere I want to walk… Put on corona and die”.
The argument was captured on camera while many South Africans are stuck inside due to the 21-day lockdown, many people are struggling with their mental health during this tough time. Many people on Social Media have defended the ladies actions and said that long periods locked indoors can have great repercussions on mental health.
According to MaroelaMedia the Silver Lakes Estate CEO Henk Booysen has said “We are very proud of the residents. They adhere perfectly to the rules. Police are also patrolling the estate on a regular basis and so far it is doing very well. Our owners definitely give their cooperation. “
