In a recent incident that is believed to be in Parktown in St Andrews Rd. Police take a shopper away from cameras to be pepper-sprayed.
A Twitter user reported the incident:
cops has altercation with shopper. Proceeds to leads customer away from cameras in an attempt to fight. Pepper sprays the guy and walks away saying to his buddies that he’s away from cameras.
