A video was spread on social media of Minister Lindiwe Zula poking fun at the Covid-19. In the video the minister says “stay at home if you can, I am finding it difficult to stay at home”. This comes at a time where government is asking people to stay away from going out unnecessarily.
Social Development Minister Lindiwe Zulu later apologized for a video she posted on social media.
The minister received backlash from the EFF after posting the video:
