All EFF MPs stepped out at the National Assembly again on Tuesday afternoon after Julius Malema, their leader, refused his allegations that Pres. Cyril Ramaphosa abused his ex-wife.
Amos Masondo, chairman of the National Council of Provinces, asked Malema to leave parliament after refusing to withdraw after repeated requests for his remarks on Ramaphosa.
Malema’s allegations came after ANC MP Boy Mamabolo wanted to hear from him during Malema’s talk about abusing his own wife. Malema said he had never done it, but that he “received information that Ramaphosa had mistreated his ex-wife and deceased wife, Nomazizi.”
Ramaphosa just stared at him emotionally in his parliamentary seat.
“This is the reality. The president abused his ex-wife. He has a history of female abuse. Nomazizi must rest in peace, ”he said before ordering his MPs to leave parliament with him.
