A driver has recently posted a video online boasting about achieving 308km/h. Many people that have watched the video are not impressed and wish for the man to be found.
In the video, you can see him recording on his phone whilst hitting speeds of 308km/h. Hitting another civilian at 308km/h will leave neither parties a chance of survival.
