Civilization 6 hits the Epic Store as a freebie and this is how you redeem it

Epic Games has today released Civilisation IV on the Epic Store and it’s completely free for a short period. Previously GTA 5 was available on the store, however, this game redemption period has expired.

Many fans knew it was coming after Tweets were leaked by Epic Games. The tweet that leaked last week showing a pool of 4 games (GTA 5, Civilisation IV, Borderlands, and ARK) hit the internet.

If you want to redeem your free game then you can visit the Epic Games store and activate the freebie. If anything is like last week, you may encounter slow downloads and game crashes as the world rushes to get their deal.
