A video has been posted on Social Media showing the EFF (CIC) Julius Malema closing a store himself with a chain. Many staff members have been turned away from work today, at this stage, it’s not been reported if they will be paid for the time off.
Twitter has protected Julius Malema with his recent Tweet where he declared that it is now a war against Clicks’. It appears many people that do not agree with the leader have reported the post and it has been reviewed and found to not go against Twitters policy.
Clicks’ have applied to the courts to shut down the protests and they have responded by declining the application.
High Court has dismissed Clicks application to stop EFF protests. The company wanted to urgently interdict EFF from interrupting its business operations and stop them 'intimidating and threatening' customers and staff. Dismissed 'with costs'. pic.twitter.com/80ftRYgJ89— Mandy Wiener (@MandyWiener) September 7, 2020
