VIDEO: Wynberg – Massive brawl with Police Force

There has been a massive brawl in Wynberg outside Pan Africa Shopping Centre.

It can be seen members of the public raising their voices towards the Police Force and later resulting in a brawl where the Police Force can be seen being overwhelmed.
