The US development agency USAid says it has donated $37 million to help countries in Southern Africa fight the virus Covid-19.
South Africa and Angola are two of the countries that will benefit.
US Aid made the announcement on Twitter.

This comes after the first case of the Covid 19 was confirmed by the health minister on Thursday.
In the statement, the Health Department said that the patient consulted a private general practitioner on March 3. The patient has been in self-isolation since March 3. The couple also has two children.
