Nicholas Ninow who was convicted of being a child rapist made attempts to appeal the court’s decision, The Pretoria High Court heard what he had to say but chose to reject the appeal on Tuesday.
During the hearing on Tuesday Judge Mokhine Mosope mentioned that no other court will find different findings on the case and later rejecting the appeal.
“The applicant has not convinced me that he has a reasonable chance of success,” Mosope said.
The rape had taken place in 2018 in a Dro’s restaurant in Pretoria, he later confessed to the rape. After the conviction, he was registered to the Sex Offenders list and given a life sentence.

Dros rapist Nicholas Ninow, 21, was jailed for life on Thursday.
He was also sentenced to a further five years in prison on a charge of possession and use of drugs and another five years on a charge of defamation. These sentences will be served in tandem with the life sentence.
The court had previously heard that drugs and alcohol had a bad influence on Ninow’s behavior and mental state. Ninow apologized for his actions in a poem to his victim and in a letter to her family.
Ninow was convicted of raping a seven-year-old girl twice in the women’s toilets of the Dros restaurant in Silverton, Pretoria.
