Pietermaritzburg law enforcement officer has allegedly been caught on CCTV stealing a cellphone. During the video you can see him look around to make sure that no one is looking before he reaches over to take it.

This comes at a time when many South Africans are losing faith in those that are supposed to uphold the law.

The very people supposed to protect and serve ?

People of South Africa report that wearing the uniform means nothing anymore.

Wearing that uniform doesn’t mean one is an officer anymore. That’s how messed up things are in this country nowadays.

No man this is bad, a commissioned officer in full uniform.
