Iran now threatens to attack the White House in response to pres. Donald Trump’s warning that any attack on American interests will result in massive retaliation.
Reuters reports Iran condemned Trump as a “terrorist in a suit” on Sunday after America increased its troop numbers in the Middle East and Iraq.
This comes after the US president tweeted on Saturday that he would attack 52 sites in Iran after Tehran threatened to attack 35 US targets in the region, including US aircraft carriers.
On Sunday there were also attacks on al-Shabaab in Kenya, where four terrorists were shot dead.
This follows attacks Saturday at the US Embassy in Baghdad as well as an air force base outside Baghdad where US troops are stationed.
The American president Tweeted earlier:
….targeted 52 Iranian sites (representing the 52 American hostages taken by Iran many years ago), some at a very high level & important to Iran & the Iranian culture, and those targets, and Iran itself, WILL BE HIT VERY FAST AND VERY HARD. The USA wants no more threats!— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) January 4, 2020

Thousands of Iranians went to the street in defense of Qassem Suleimani.
The Daily Mail reported Iranian police chief Abolfazl Abutorabi told the Iranian Labor News Agency on Sunday that they could attack the White House themselves.
“We can respond to American soil. We have the power, and in God’s will, we will respond at an appropriate time. “
Abutorabi added that ‘this is a declaration of war, which means if you hesitate you lose’.
