According to the weather service, 51 mm was measured in Bloemfontein, 32 mm in Fauresmith, 18 mm in Knellpoortdam, 17 mm in Wepener and Ficksburg, and 16 mm in Kroonstad.
It was raining especially in Bloemfontein where Carina Green measured 70 mm in Langenhovenpark. Bloemspruit in the city also ran strong.
