The EFF said that Cyril Ramaphosa must answer under oath whether he has ever assaulted a woman.
On Tuesday afternoon, Malema came up with shock allegations against Ramaphosa when he accused the president of the podium in the National Assembly of allegedly assaulting his ex-wife, who was dead.
These allegations, in particular, prompted ANC MPs to repeatedly interrupt Malema’s speech with points of order.
The EFF stepped out of parliament again on Tuesday afternoon, as with the state speech last Thursday night, when Malema refused to withdraw the allegations that Ramaphosa had abused his ex-wife.
The drama began after Boy Mamabolo, an ANC MP, interrupted Malema’s speech and asked him if he was abusing his own wife.
Malema initially refused to answer and continued with his speech.
However, ANC MPs jumped on points one after another to demand that Malema answer the question.
Malema, after his speech, strongly denied ever abusing his wife or any other woman.
“However, I received information that the president assaulted his wife, the deceased Nomazizi.”
ANC MP’s were furious.
