Police from Pampierstad in the Northern Cape have discovered a gruesome murder allegedly involving a 16-year-old boy. They have reported that they found a beheaded body and later found the head belonging to the victim.
Police in Pampierstad is now investigating the case of murder after they found the body and head.
On Sunday 13th September 2020 the Police were alerted and called to a scene where an 18-year-old boy’s body was found dumped in a water pipe located just outside the town.
“A preliminary investigation led the police to a shanty where the head was found hidden under a bed. A 16-year-old boy is arrested and expected to appear before Pampierstad Magistrates Court on 16 September 2020,” said Police Spokesperson in a statement.
Police are not clear with the motive of the attack and have requested members of the public to come forward with any information they can provide.

This news comes days after a 25-year old man was arrested for carrying around his mothers head in a bag while walking the streets.
