There are now 13 people in South Africa with the virus and 645 have already been tested.
Tests are done 24 hours a day and no one has to pay for a Covid-19 test.
The National Institute for Communicable Diseases (NICD) said identifying more cases among people who have recently traveled is not unexpected.
“There is currently no indication that Covid-19 is widely distributed in South Africa,” The NICD said in his statement.
