Health Minister Dr Zweli Mkhize on Monday released the latest Covid-19 statistics for South Africa.
By Monday, there were 23,615 confirmed Covid-19 cases in South Africa. A total of 596 777 tests have already been done of which 12 922 tests have been done in the last 24 hours.
Another 52 Covid-19 related deaths have been reported, bringing the total death toll to 481.
Mkhize said 11,917 people had already recovered from Covid-19.
