Confirmed COVID-19 cases in the Western Cape rise to 812

According to the latest figures released by the Western Cape government, 812 people in the province have already tested positive for Covid-19. The figure stood at 743 yesterday. A total of 15 people in the province have died from the virus.

According to a statement, 210 people have recovered from Covid-19 and there are currently 587 active infections. 

Of the 587 people with Covid-19, 38 are treated in the hospital with 15 of these patients in the ward.
