Level 3 allows us to reopen all production in the country to some extent Dlamini-Zuma said at a press briefing.

The minister said that we must carry out a delicate balance to save life and people’s livelihood. It also requires greater responsibility and discipline from all of us in this resilient nation to protect not only ourselves but for others as well.

According to Minister Dlamini-Zuma, anyone entering a workplace or public place or using public transport should wear a cloth mask on level three.

The screening processes will also have to be performed daily. We must also be careful not to reverse the gains we have achieved so far. The level three risk will now be even greater than ever.

According to Minister Dlamini-Zuma, the risk-adjusted strategy is based on a combination of scientific facts and international experience. Given our socio-economic conditions, we had to mitigate the restrictions the minister said.

The minister said “We subject each province, district or metro to their own risk-adjusted strategy. But as the president has announced, we will move the entire country to level three. This means we will have to adjust the level four regulations.”
