KwaZulu-Natal police on Wednesday found the bodies of seven men in a house in eMsahweni in Adams, south of Durban, all shot in the head.
Police spokesperson, Jay Naicker, residents in the area heard several gunshots in the area on Wednesday.
Naicker said they found the bodies of the men in one of the rooms, who were between the ages of 21 and 36.
No one has been arrested in connection with the incident.
“The motive for the killings is still unknown. Police are already following up information from the community. ”
In another case in the Eastern Cape, the police have arrested 13 men after 4 bodies was found.
The 13 men were arrested late in the Mbentse settlement in Qumbu on Wednesday afternoon.
Police also seized a 9-mm pistol with 21 cartridges, presumably used in the attack.
The arrests follow after a passerby found the bodies of four men in the field at the Mbentse settlement at about 7am on Wednesday.
The victims sustained gunshot wounds to the torso.
